Shaurya Saxena Featured on “Neend” — A Desi Trill Release Composed and Produced by Aman Moroney

Mumbai, April 24 : Rising singer-songwriter Shaurya Saxena, a 2022 graduate of The Media Tribe, has released his latest single titled Neend through the UK-based music label Desi Trill. The song has been composed and produced by Aman Moroney, principal faculty at The Media Tribe and a respected figure in the Indian and international music scenes.

The music video for Neend was filmed in the historic Blue City of Jodhpur and directed by Sarthak Kanojia. Featuring Shaurya himself, the video presents a symbolic journey through the city’s narrow, cobalt-hued alleys. His search for peace becomes a visual metaphor for the complexities of life and love, lending depth and introspection to the song’s lyrical narrative.

Neend was recorded at The Media Tribe’s Mumbai studio, with mixing and mastering handled by Moroney at his studio in Los Angeles, California. Aman Moroney, who is currently working on the upcoming Smurfs movie for Paramount Pictures—featuring pop icon Rihanna—brings his global expertise to the production, elevating the track’s sonic landscape.

Shaurya Saxena has been hailed as one of the most promising new voices in Indian music. With his distinctive style and emotional resonance, industry insiders believe he is poised to become one of the standout artists of the year. The song is co-written by Mihir Thatte, another promising songwriter from Nagpur, who studied at The Media Tribe and met Shaurya during the course of his time at TMT.

The Media Tribe, already known for its rigorous creative training programs, has recently expanded its role to also support and manage emerging talent. The institute now actively works to provide its alumni with strategic opportunities in the music industry, as demonstrated by the release of Neend. The record is featured on some of the major editorial playlists on Spotify.

As Indian music continues to gain global attention, Neend marks an important milestone in the career of a young artist backed by strong mentorship and a forward-thinking institution.
